US Basketball NL is the data controller for the personal data processed on this website and in our administration. You can reach us via bestuur@usbasketball.nl.
What data do we collect?
When you register as a member we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number and the team you play in. When you use the website we may process analytics data (anonymised).
What do we use your data for?
We process your data to manage your membership, communicate about trainings and matches, process the season fee and comply with legal obligations. We never sell your data to third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and the right to object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting the board. If you have a complaint you can contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
How long do we keep your data?
We keep membership data for as long as you are a member and up to one year after deregistration. Financial records are kept as required by law.
