About our club

Since 1951 U.S. Basketball has been one of the basketball clubs in Amsterdam. Our motto is "if you can't beat us, join US". Consider yourself warned: U.S. will feel like an extra family! After trainings and matches you'll find many members in the clubhouse for the third half, or in the stands cheering on the other teams. A wonderful mix of competition and cosiness where everyone feels at home.

Competition teams

All competition teams train 75 minutes on Wednesday evening; some teams also train on Friday evening. Home games are played on Sundays at the Amstelcampushal.

Playing member. Play matches for a competition team in the NBB competition, every week during the season.

Training member. Train with a competition team without playing matches. As a training member you can play a maximum of 3 games per season.

Recreational teams

Prefer to play basketball without matches? Join our enthusiastic recreational team, which trains on Tuesday and Thursday evenings in the Apollohal.
